(1) How do I place an order?

First click on the product image or product name to view the item details.

My company doesn't have a self checkout feature like the popular ecommerce websites. You can contact or WhatsApp our sales representatives to make a quotation as per your selected items and quantities.

(2) How do I pay for my purchase?

1. We accept a variety of payments including MasterCard, Visa and American Express (AMEX) in our showrooms.

2. We accept "Cash or Card payment on delivery";

3. We accept "Bank transfer" payments to our company's business bank account.

4. We accept "Cash or cheque deposit to our company's business bank account through ATM".

(3) Do you charge VAT?

Yes, as per UAE law a 5% VAT is already included in our displayed prices.

(4) What condition do returned items need to be in?

All returned items must be in their original condition, with all parts, packaging, and documentation included. They must not be used, altered, or damaged.

(5) What if my item is damaged or defective?

Items with defects (not caused by misuse) can be returned or exchanged. 

(6) How will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed in the original payment method used for the purchase. For credit card purchases, the refund will be issued back to the same card.
